The CDC told the Huffington Post that “CDC does not know of a virus or condition that would reanimate the dead (or one that would present zombie-like symptoms).”
Well, that’s reassuring, coming from the same agency that has a detailed webpage about zombie apocalypse preparedness.

TV Show Trailer of the Day: The first full trailer for season 2 of AMC’s The Walking Dead, which premiered at the show’s Comic-Con panel, gives us four intense minutes of footage.
At the panel, showrunner Frank Darabont said that season 2 will pick up right where season 1 left off, with no time jump, and Walking Dead comic creator Robert Kirkman promised “it will blow your mind.”
The Walking Dead also has an official premiere date: October 16th.
